Tucked away in the charming village .... just beside the revered sacred site of ... lies a mystical and enchanting retreat - your home away from home.

As you enter through the gates, you'll be greeted by a lush courtyard and garden area that sprawls out before you. Here, you'll be mesmerized by the vibrant buildings, authentic artifacts, and your very own Jamaican family eagerly awaiting your arrival.

It feels like a world away, far from the familiar. Yet, you have arrived home - not just to this magical place, but more importantly, to yourself.

....., also known as The Dreaming House, was born from the concept of "dreaming" - the realm of limitless possibilities in the Jamaican tradition. You'll feel as though you've been transported to another time and space while still enjoying all the modern amenities of our cozy abode.

Your Room 

Your room at ....ois not just a place to sleep, it's a work of art. Each room is unique, bursting with vibrant colors and artistic touches that will lift your spirits and ignite your creativity. Most rooms come with a full-sized bed and a twin bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for solo travelers, couples or friends. You'll have plenty of storage space and the room is equipped with a fan, space heater and extra blankets for your comfort.

With all but two rooms having their own private bathrooms, you'll have the luxury of stunning tilework and a tranquil space to refresh and recharge. But the shared spaces of Casa de los Sueños are just as delightful. Savor a cup of Café de Olla, a traditional Mexican coffee infused with cinnamon and cloves, on the outdoor terrace, or take an intentional walk through the labyrinth to ground yourself and find your center.

For breathtaking views, head up to the second-floor yoga room and marvel at the pyramids in the distance. With such rich experiences right at your fingertips, you might never want to leave the retreat center. Each day will be filled with moments that bring a smile to your face, peace to your heart and inspiration to your soul.

Food

Prepare yourself for a feast that will tantalize your senses and nourish your soul. As you approach La Cocina, the mouthwatering scents will welcome you and warm your heart.

Inside the dining room, you'll be greeted by Veronica, our gracious hostess who has meticulously decorated the space with vibrant colors and intricate details. In the open kitchen, locally sourced ingredients are transformed into traditional Mexican dishes with attentive care and love.

Each meal is a celebration of flavor, as clean ingredients and aromatic spices combine to create a symphony of taste in your mouth. Our scrumptious sauces and salsas are accompanied by an unparalleled variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, locally baked bread, handmade tortillas, eggs, meats, legumes, and grains, all prepared to accommodate every dietary requirement.

Quench your thirst with a variety of fresh juices, teas, coffee, and horchata, a traditional sweet drink. The family-style dining room ignites the power of good food to bring people together, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that turns strangers into friends, sparking laughter and unforgettable conversations.

DAY 1:

DAY 1: As you step through the gates of your home away from home, a sense of wonder and enchantment washes over you. Your Jamaican family welcomes you with open arms, making you feel at ease and ready to embark on your journey of self-discovery.

Today marks the beginning of a new adventure as we gather together for the first time, opening the sacred space and setting our intentions for the retreat. This intimate gathering offers the opportunity to meet your fellow retreat-goers and form meaningful connections.

In the evening, we'll come together for a traditional Jamaican Meal filled with delightful flavors and lively conversation. We will also engage in our first breathwork journey. Your senses will be delighted as you anticipate the transformative experiences that lie ahead. You'll drift off to sleep feeling excited and eager to fully immerse yourself in the retreat.

DAY 2:

  RELEASING LIMITATIONS

The aroma of fresh coffee awakens you to a new day at the Flow House. You can't help but admire the dining hall and the open kitchen, where a delectable breakfast awaits you.

This is the day to let go of all that's holding you back! The morning gathering will prepare you for shedding limiting beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you. You'll learn how you've created these patterns and gain the power to change them.

As you come to the amazing blue water of the mineral pool, also known as the "place of the chaos of the mind," you'll confront your limiting beliefs head-on. It's time to break free! Leaving the water, you'll feel lighter with every step you take.

We will finish the day with a delightful foot massage and breath journey.

DAY 3:

 Day 3 - NEW BEGINNINGS

The tantalizing aroma of a communal breakfast and a motivating gathering will start your day off on the right foot. After our morning breathwork journey, we'll head to an exceptional sacred site that is rarely visited by tourists.

Today's focus is on "new beginnings." What better symbol for starting fresh than a cave in the earth's womb?

In a grounding "rebirthing ceremony," you'll invite a new version of yourself, your business, and your life to take root, and you'll realize your own capacity as a creator.

When you emerge, reborn into the world, you'll understand that you are the source of your life experiences.

The Tree of Life and the Sundance Circle will provide a holy space for you to imagine a new life, planting a seed for your brilliant future that will blossom strong and resilient.

DAY 4:

Today you will be fully awakened to the magic and truth of the power of plant medicine. This is the day to embrace the deeper aspects of yourself and the transformational power of this sacred place.

Guided by expert teachers, you will visit the farm, learn about the plants and its power. Each location holds its own energetic wisdom, encouraging you to awaken to your inherent divinity and personal power.

Throughout the day, the ceremonies and teachings will build upon one another, leading you through a dance of release and inspiration that will deepen your transformation. By the end of the day, you will feel a sense of liberation and rebirth, ready to spread your wings and take flight like a newborn butterfly.

We will learn to also hold the power of the plant by making soaps and oils, as well as be taught by medicine men. 

DAY 5:

On Day 5, get ready to experience a life-changing moment! Today, we’ll explore the.... for creation in action, one of the most powerful and mystical spots  This place revered by  “the home of the black light,” is believed to be .

As we enter this sacred space not open to the public, you'll have the opportunity to connect with your inner power and tap into the energy of creation. This is where your own journey begins!

As the day draws to a close, we’ll celebrate our transformations with an equinox ceremony and a festive evening filled with music, dancing, and pure joy. Take this time to share your happiness with new friends, rejoice in the present moment, and revel in the joy of finding your way home.

DAY 6:

On the final day of our retreat, we'll gather for a delicious breakfast and spend time with our newfound family. We'll take time to reflect on our journey together, appreciating all that we have experienced and accomplished. As we say our goodbyes, we'll also look forward to what's to come.

Our closing ceremony will be short but meaningful, allowing us to honor the transformation we've undergone during our time together. Afterward, we'll enjoy one last meal together before it's time to depart.

The retreat officially ends at 11 am on ...., giving you plenty of time to make your way to the airport for any flights departing after 3 pm. As you leave this magical place, you'll take with you the memories, connections, and tools to continue your journey with newfound clarity, purpose, and inspiration.
