FLOW BREATHWORK
As you enter the gates of your retreat center, a feeling of wonder and enchantment overcomes you. Your new Mexican family greets you warmly, putting you at ease and preparing you for the journey of self-discovery ahead.
Today marks the beginning of a new adventure as we gather together for the first time, opening the sacred space and setting our intentions for the retreat. This intimate gathering offers the opportunity to connect with your fellow retreat-goers and form deep, meaningful relationships.
In the evening, we'll come together for a traditional Mexican-style meal, known as "comida", filled with delectable flavors and lively conversation. Your senses will be delighted as you look forward to the transformative experiences that await you. You'll fall asleep feeling eager and excited to fully immerse yourself in the retreat.
Day #2
RELEASING LIMITATIONS
The aroma of fresh coffee awakens you to a new day at the Dreaming House. You can't help but admire the dining hall and the open kitchen, where a delectable breakfast awaits you.
This is the day to let go of all that's holding you back! The morning gathering will prepare you for shedding limiting beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you. You'll learn how you've created these patterns and gain the power to change them.
As you climb the last steps to the Plaza of Quetzalcoatl, also known as the "place of the chaos of the mind," you'll confront your limiting beliefs head-on. It's time to break free! Leaving the temple, you'll feel lighter with every step you take.
Day #3
NEW BEGINNINGS
The tantalizing aroma of a communal breakfast and a motivating gathering will start your day off on the right foot. Then, we'll head to an exceptional sacred site that is rarely visited by tourists.
Today's focus is on "new beginnings." What better symbol for starting fresh than a cave in the earth's womb?
In a grounding "rebirthing ceremony," you'll invite a new version of yourself, your business, and your life to take root, and you'll realize your own capacity as a creator.
When you emerge, reborn into the world, you'll understand that you are the source of your life experiences.
The Tree of Life and the Sundance Circle will provide a holy space for you to imagine a new life, planting a seed for your brilliant future that will blossom strong and resilient.
Day #4
On Day 4 of the retreat, you will have the opportunity to fully embrace the magic and truth of Teotihuacan. This is the day to connect with the deeper aspects of yourself and experience the transformative power of this sacred place.
With the guidance of expert teachers, you will explore remarkable sites like the Palace of Heaven, the Place of the Women, and the Pyramids of the Moon and Sun. Each location holds its own unique energetic wisdom, helping you tap into your innate divinity and personal power.
Throughout the day, the ceremonies and teachings will build upon each other, leading you through a dance of release and inspiration that will deepen your transformation. By the end of the day, you will feel a sense of liberation and renewal, ready to soar like a newborn butterfly.
Day #5
Day 5 will be a pivotal day in your journey as we explore the Temple of Tetitla for creation in action. This is a highly mystical and powerful location, known to the Toltecs as "the home of the black light" and considered the source of all creation.
During this exclusive visit to a sacred space not accessible to the public, you'll have the chance to connect with your inner power and tap into the energy of creation. This is where your personal transformation takes flight!
As the day comes to an end, we'll honor our journey with an equinox ceremony and a joyous celebration filled with music, dancing, and pure happiness. Use this time to share your newfound joy with your fellow retreat-goers, live in the present moment, and bask in the delight of finding your way home.
Day #6
As we approach the end of our retreat, we'll come together for a final breakfast and cherish the time we've spent with our new family. It's a time to reflect on our journey, savoring all that we've achieved and experienced. While we bid farewell, we look forward to the exciting possibilities that lie ahead.
During our brief but heartfelt closing ceremony, we'll acknowledge the transformation that we've undergone together. Following this, we'll share a final meal before saying our goodbyes.
Our retreat officially ends at 11 am on September 23, allowing ample time for those with flights departing after 3 pm to make their way to the airport. As you depart this magical place, you'll carry with you precious memories, new connections, and invaluable tools to continue your journey with renewed clarity, purpose, and inspiration.
